The IPSCO Pleated Panel Filter further extends the reduced cost benefits of using Viledon Filter Media in high quality stainless steel framing manufactured in New Zealand. Improved performance has been achieved by pleating the filter media to increase the surface area available for dust collection.
IPSCO AL50R Pleated Panel Filter [Aluminium Frame]
The IPSCO pleated Panel Filter further extends the reduced cost benefits of using Viledon Filter Media in high quality aluminium framing manufactured in New Zealand. Improved performance has been achieved by pleating the filter media to increase the surface area available for dust collection. By pleating the filter media within the 50 mm frame depth the gain in surface area leads to higher dust holding capacity and longer in–service life.
The IPSCO AL50R Pleated Panel Filter is designed for use as a stand–alone filter, which can be fitted to a 50 mm channel or into an IPSCO CHF holding frame. Alternatively, as a first stage filter, the AL50R filter will extend the already long in–service life of IPSCO Pocket Filters.
When reduced maintenance is required the AL50R Pleated Panel Filter is an alternative to the IPSCO EMD Panel Filter and can be used in a variety of ventilation applications including commercial buildings, dairy factories, food manufacturing plants, industrial ventilation etc. The stainless steel wire supports are removable allowing the filter media to be taken out or left within the frame for washing.
