We use synthetic-organic high-performance nonwovens manufactured in-house by Viledon. The media are progressively structured, i.e. fibre layers arranged in line with the density increasing towards the clean air side, thus ensuring an optimized combination of defined filtration performance and dust holding capacity. The result: low pressure drop, long useful life, high cost-efficiency.
All Compact pocket filters are glassfibre-free, non-corroding, moisture-resistant up to 100% rel. humidity, and self-extinguishing to DIN 53438 (Fire Class F1).
The uniformly high quality of each and every filter element is assured by impartial type-testing to EN 779,and documented by DIN mark of conformity and model validation number. The Maximized functional reliability is thanks to the leak-proof welded configuration of the filter pockets, foamed into the polyurethane front frame, and dimensionally stable construction of the filter element as a whole.
Compact pocket filters are available in a wide range of grades from low cost medium life through to ultra long life - ultra high capacity - ultra low resistance filters.
